Mic Baca was born and raised into a hardrock mining family in Silverton, Colorado where he was home schooled through highschool. He earned his GED and set his sights on an education at the University of Wyoming, graduating with a degree in Architectural Engineering in May of 2000.

Mic helps manage the behind the scenes portion of Attraction By Design Salon of Glenwood Springs, with his wife, Nicole Baca who acts as owner and shop manager (click HERE for company website).  He currently resides in Rifle, Colorado with his family.

His primary interests include power sports, Lake Powell, small business management and development, sustainable structural design, website design, parenting and competitive youth football. He has owned and operated Studio M Engineers Since 2012.
